Seven years ago, I arrived from Caracas with a clear vision: to bring the bold and creative flavors of Venezuelan sushi to Madrid. At 25, Mytokys was born — a concept that blends Japanese tradition with the personality, intensity, and freshness that define our cuisine.

From day one, the goal was to create more than just a restaurant: to build an experience with its own identity, where every roll has character and every space reflects energy.

Today, Mytokys continues to grow in Madrid, establishing itself as a young, dynamic brand in constant evolution. A project that proves that when there is passion, vision, and hard work, flavors can cross borders.
